Our mission for over 40 years has been to provide you with specialized door to door transit services in a safe and sensitive manner. We are there when other generic resources are unavailable, insufficient, unaffordable, or not accessible. 

Konocti Transportation is a service in Lake County that: 

  • Supports you with your transportation needs.

  • Provides transportation to the People Services, Inc. Day Program of your choice.

  • Provides transportation to People Services, Inc. work programs.

  • Provides transportation to out of the county medical appointments.

  • Provides vehicles that are equipped to transport people in wheelchairs.

  • Provides a safe and dependable ride.

  • Provides a service, which allows the client/consumers to have access to those communities in which they live.

  • Recruits and maintains staff with a high level of driving skill, and sensitivity for our client/consumers.

  • Believe our passenger's satisfaction of services is our first priority.

  • Believe the safe operation of our vehicles is a must.

  • Provides vehicles for community access day program services so you can experience.
